At LOOI Robot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your companion; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. All robots must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your LOOI Robot and all included components in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
